About me:

Nomin Jargalsaikhan is a psychologist, professionally certified coach, and an international member of the American Psychological Association. She is also an accredited career development consultant in the UK. With a background in coaching psychology, Nomin brings a deeply reflective and evidence-based approach to personal and professional growth.

Her experience spans global leadership development firms including BTS and Coach in a Box, where she has worked with senior leaders across diverse industries. As former Director of Mongolia Talent Network and Head of Coaching Strategy at the Shackleton Group in Singapore, she has helped shape talent strategies for top international organizations.

A Chevening Scholar, Nomin earned her Master’s in Coaching Psychology and Career Development from the University of Warwick and is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Neuroscience and Psychology at King’s College London. Her academic foundation informs her practical work, bridging science, behavior, and leadership.


She is the founder of Empact Network, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, and the host of the podcast Let’s Talk with Nomin. She also leads the Utga Book Club, a community that fosters growth through reading and meaningful dialogue. Nomin has spoken at TEDx and delivered executive coaching and training across sectors, always guided by a core belief: that real transformation begins with deeper self-understanding.


Her work focuses on helping people navigate complexity, lead with intention, and move forward with clarity and courage.
